We provide full-service creative solutions including branding, web design, visual content, and other creative services. All projects are customized to your needs and scope.

2. Project Scope

• Every project will be defined in a proposal or contract outlining deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

• Any changes or additions to the original scope may affect cost and timeline.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules will be outlined in your proposal or contract.

• Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with final payment due upon completion.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you will receive rights to the final deliverables as specified in your contract.

• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise.

5. Liability

• Loe Haus provides services in good faith but is not responsible for outcomes beyond the scope of work.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate a project in writing. Outstanding payments for work completed to date remain due.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, and apply to Loe Haus LLC.
